New covers for the CTS DAILY Missals

The leather covers for the CTS People’s Daily Missal have proved extremely popular, but unfortunately there will be some delay in fulfilling orders for this item. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and would like to explain why this has happened.

Although our suppliers produce high quality products (which is why we chose them), their current production line is quite limited and they have not been able to cope with the overwhelming demand we have received for this particular product.

We failed to properly asses the scalability of their production line, so we need to apologise for that too.

The situation is currently the following:

  • Orders dated 8th– 24th March have now been fulfilled

  • Order dated 25th March – 10th April are currently being despatched

  • Orders dated 11th – 27th April will be fulfilled 13th – 15th June

  • Orders dated 28th April – 16th May will be fulfilled 25th – 27th June

  • The dates for orders from 17th May onwards are currently being confirmed.

We are flattered to have had so may orders and thank all our customers for their patience.

The CTS People’s Daily Missal has been looked at by influential American blogger Fr Z.

In his post – which you can read here – he draws attention to the fact that everything, except the actual readings of the Mass, is also in Latin.

He continues:

“The Table of Liturgical Celebrations goes to 2039.

In the back there is a section of Prayers and Devotions, including Stations of the Cross by John Henry Newman.

For the daily Mass participant who wants to follow on the page all that is being said in the sanctuary, this book will do the trick.”

Thanks to everyone who has been sending in comments and reviews, please continue to let us know how we could do more and thank you for your kind compliments.

Chapel Edition

In November last year, we announced that the Chapel Edition of the new Roman Missal would be re-printed.

Printing such a complex and beautiful book takes a little time so, it was only yesterday that we received the stock.

The Missal can serve as a Book of the Chair, as well as being perfect for schools and Mass centres.

Here is a reminder of the features of this edition.
